📄 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user ("Player", "User", "You"), and nbajed ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at nbajed.app and all associated services, products, games, promotions, and features offered thereon.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. nbajed employs age-verification procedures at registration, and reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation at any point during the lifetime of an account. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately and permanently closed. Funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any administrative costs incurred during the verification process.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. nbajed makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. nbajed processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile financial services. nbajed does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via international credit cards, debit cards, cryptocurrency wallets, or any other method not expressly listed on the platform's deposit page at the time of transaction. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Prior to processing any withdrawal, nbajed may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., National Identity Card, Passport) and proof of your registered mobile financial service account. Withdrawals will be held in a pending state until all requested documentation has been reviewed and approved. All deposits made to the nbajed platform are considered final once credited to your account. Deposits that have been wagered, partially or fully, are non-refundable under any circumstances. Any attempt to raise an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute with a payment service provider will be treated as a breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate account suspension pending investigation. nbajed reserves the right to recover the disputed amount, together with any associated administrative charges, from the player's account balance.

3Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal incentives offered by nbajed are governed by the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion details, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. 4Gameplay, Betting Rules and Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and permanent closure:

5Account Management and Termination

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party. nbajed will never request your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you, and nbajed accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such access resulted from your own failure to keep credentials secure.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus amounts that have not yet met their wagering requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days.

nbajed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete required identity verification; account inactivity exceeding 180 consecutive days; or receipt of a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement instruction. In cases of termination for cause, outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation. In cases of termination without cause, all verified real-money balances will be returned to the player.

An account is classified as dormant after 180 consecutive days of inactivity. nbajed will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered contact details before any dormancy policy is applied. After the dormancy period, a monthly administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the account balance, subject to the balance being sufficient to cover the fee. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

6Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the nbajed platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall selection and arrangement of content, is the exclusive property of nbajed or its respective content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the platform in any form or by any means without the express prior written consent of nbajed. Any unauthorised use of platform content will constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in civil or criminal liability.

7Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

nbajed endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nbajed's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. nbajed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

nbajed makes no representation or warranty that any player will profit from participation in any game or betting market offered on the platform. All gambling activity involves risk of financial loss. Past results do not indicate future outcomes. Players participate entirely at their own financial risk.

8Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of personal data submitted to nbajed is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. nbajed implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 9Governing Law and Disputes

nbajed will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five business days and endeavour to reach a resolution within thirty business days of acknowledgement. Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. Class action claims are expressly waived under these Terms.

10General Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and nbajed with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings, whether oral or written.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

nbajed's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of a specific breach of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. Any translation provided for convenience shall not affect the interpretation of the English-language version, which shall prevail in all circumstances.
